We make custom-fitted mouth protectors for athletes who need protection for their teeth on the sporting field. When we make you a sports guard, we’ll take an impression in our office. Once the impression has been taken, a model is next formed that has been specially designed for your child’s mouth from this model. From that model, the mouth guard is created. Your dentist may need to modify the mouthpiece slightly, but when it is finished, it will be the perfect fit to protect your child’s teeth during sports participation.

Usually, these sports guards will fit over the top teeth. Sometimes a dentist may suggest a specially created sports guard for both upper and lower teeth, too.
